Butterfield & Robinson

Today, I felt in love with a travel agency. THE travel agency! Butterfield & Robinson.

Their website is okay. Some interesting ideas but I think there are some navigation, info architecture et objectives issues. Anyway, that’s not the purpose of this post (even if I’m sure I could help them with that!)

I won’t describe in details why this company is my new love but simply take a look at these amazing videos, you’ll understand.

Butterfield & Robinson is perhaps the most upscale of the active vacation tour companies out there, the other active vacation company of note being Backroads. Both companies offer active tours all around the world that clients can book, or I can work with either company to custom-design an active vacation for your family or group.

Totally agree, the videos are fantastic. B&R brings out the true passion of the people and the true colour of the destination!

Wonderful personalization of a website. I found myself wishing they were blogging (smile).

We’ve been working on a luxury travel agency project the last weeks, Isabelleand I surfed (vintage!) on a lot of related websites, nobody is close to B&R. They probably have a pretty good conversation rate due to this great personnal approach just like Toby said.

BTW, thanks Toby and Jeffrey as it’s the first time you comment here. I really appreciate.
